Carzone Auto Care

The guy I asked for assistance was incredibly rude. I’m not sure what his problem was. Charged me for things they didn’t even do. You could not pay me to go back.

These guys are amazing! Passing through SLC, I found CarZone on Google and went to them on Sunday for AC repair and a recurring check engine light, and I'm extremely impressed with their service. The staff was courteous, and the mechanic, Sam, was incredibly thorough. Instead of just quick fixes, they meticulously diagnosed both issues. For the AC, they found and repaired the root cause of the hot air. I bought a new compressor from a parts store that was faulty. Raeed found a new compressor to replace the faulty one overnight. Lesson learned - just have him order the parts if you need replacements. For the check engine light, Sam methodically investigated all potential causes, explaining their process clearly. He also pointed out that the ball joints were completely worn (I saw 2 other mechanics that said nothing, which is surprising because it's a safety concern). He also got those replaced for me. They said they would get the car done the same day, and they are guys of their word. Sam went back to the shop and finished working on the car late into the night. Needless to say -issues were completely resolved, and my car is running like a brand new car. I highly recommen

I will probably pick somewhere else in the future. The mechanic was hard working and fast, or at least the one working. He runs every where he goes and has a smile on his fast. The nicest guy. The others were sitting around. At check out, the owner gave me a big discount. He charge $100/ hour rather than $125/ hour. But I was there for two hours and he charged me for 3.5 labor hours, plus some other fees. This is what I expect at the dealership. Oh well. They were not busy so they got me right in. They also need to pay all the none working but present family members. Live and learn.

Vape shop side kind of shady…. I came to get some vape juice on Wednesday 28th and it was $16.69 total, to my surprise today I lost the juice bottle so I came in again to get another one and keep on mind: Same brand, same ml, just different flavor and my total was $22.25 … There was no specials, no discounts nothing. Avoid this scam people!
